The wage increase program is developed to give specific guidelines as to our expectations for knowledge and skills as they directly relate to the pay scale. Also, our employees are given the opportunity to know exactly what is required of them and precisely what is required to earn an increase in pay.
These guidelines will be used as detailed in our employee company policy manual. It is to be used as a check list and tool to help each employee know their progress.

HELPER LEVEL 1
